Cirrus Oil Services Ltd ("Cirrus") is a wholly- owned Ghanaian company incorporated in 2007. Its related companies include Woodfields Energy Resources LTD ("Woodfields"), Petroleum Hub LTD and Tel Energy LTD.  Cirrus is a licensed Bulk Oil Distributor and one of the leading brands in Ghana's downstream Oil and Gas sector. We were one of the first indigenous companies to construct and operate state of the art storage terminals in Tema and Takoradi for the distribution of Gasoil, ATK, Gasoline 95 and Gasoline 91.
We import refined petroleum products, store and distribute to accredited OMC's and other bulk users.
Petroleum Hub Ltd is a 112,000mt capacity tank farm constructed in phases by our parent company - Woodfields. Phase 1, which consists of a 50,000mt gasoil storage facility, is completed, commissioned and operational since November 2020. Phase 2, which consists of a 40,000mt gasoline storage facility, is completed, commissioned and operational since June 2023.  12,000mt ATK storage facility also constructed under Phase 1B is completed, commissioned and operational since Phase 2, which consists of the Loading Gantry is completed, commissioned and operational since September 2024.
