Cirrus Oil Services Ltd (Cirrus) is a wholly- owned Ghanaian company incorporated in 2007. Its related companies include Woodfields Energy Resources LTD (Woodfields), Petroleum Hub LTD and Tel Energy LTD.  Cirrus is a licensed Bulk Oil Distributor and one of the leading brands in Ghana's downstream Oil and Gas sector. We were one of the first indigenous companies to construct and operate state of the art storage terminals in Tema and Takoradi for the distribution of Gasoil, ATK, Gasoline 95 and Gasoline 91.

We import refined petroleum products, store and distribute to accredited OMC's and other bulk users.

Petroleum Hub Ltd is a 112,000mt capacity tank farm constructed in phases by our parent company - Woodfields. Phase 1, which consists of a 50,000mt gasoil storage facility, is completed, commissioned and operational since November 2020. Phase 2, which consists of a 40,000mt gasoline storage facility, is completed, commissioned and operational since June 2023.  12,000mt ATK storage facility also constructed under Phase 1B is completed but yet to be commissioned. Phase 2, which consists of the Loading Gantry is under construction and expected to be completed by March 2024.

The company has since its incorporation been acclaimed for its adherence to high quality and safety standards, becoming a market leader in the storage and distribution of premium petroleum products in Ghana. Cirrus is presently managed by a team of dynamic Oil Trading Executives and Brokers with extensive experience in petroleum trading and distribution.
