Ivy is an international business executive with over 20 years experience in the Energy Sector. She has worked with GE Capital (both in the US and UK) in Energy Financing and Structured Finance. Ivy is the board chairman for the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD).

Non-Executive Director, Mr. Joseph Mbrokoh-Ewoal
Joseph is a Barrister and Solicitor from the Ghana School of Law. He has varied executive level experience in Oil and Gas, Finance, Business Management, Real Estate and Energy businesses. Joseph is also the managing partner of Hayfords Law Company, a law practice firm in Ghana.

Non-Executive Director - Mrs. Caroline Andah
Caroline is the Principal Consultant and a shareholder of Hadna Trust Ltd, a financial advisory company and Hadna Money Lending Enterprise. Prior to the establishment of her firm, she was the General Manager of HFC Investment Services responsible for both real estate development and investment services.

Non-Executive Director, Mr. John Mawuli Ababio
Mawuli is an accomplished Corporate Financier/Investment Banker with over 30 years experience in structuring private equity and project financing transactions in Africa. He is presently the Vice-Chairman/Managing Partner of PCM Capital Advisors a regional private equity fund with a diversified investment portfolio in several countries in the West Africa sub-region.
