» 2009
A second tank farm and loading gantry was constructed in Takoradi, in the Western Region of Ghana for truck loading and bunkering services.
» 2008
The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) of Ghana licensed Cirrus Oil to supply petroleum product to the local market. This was one of two licenses issued by the NPA.
Cirrus Oil constructed its first automated tank farm and loading gantry in Tema.
» 2007
Cirrus Oil commenced work with a consortium of mining companies including Golden Star Resources, Newmont Ghana and AngloGold Ashanti in supplying gas oil to the Mines’ Reserve Power Plant (MRPP). The project generated up to 80MW of thermal power to supplement the power generation capacity of Ghana.
» 2005
Cirrus Oil consulted for Vitol SA to refinance a debt of over US $200 million, resulting from the expansion of the Tema Oil Refinery. Samsung executed the project in two phases; the expansion of the Tema Oil Refinery crude distillation unit for the first phase, and the development and construction of a Residual Fuel Catalytic Cracker for the second.

Cirrus Oil collaborated with Vitol SA to supply petroleum products for the Strategic Reserve Power Plant (SRPP), which was developed by the Volta River Authority to produce strategic electrical power for Ghana.
» 1999
Cirrus Oil started as an oil service company acting as a representative for Vitol SA.
